Far Cry 5 promises to be real good when playing with friends.

A couple of days ago Ubisoft unveiled a new trailer for Far Cry 5. This all went down during PlayStation’s showcase at Paris Games Week.

Friends will be able to team up via Far Cry 5 online co-op mode. This means that the host player will be able recruit “Guns For Hire” or “Fangs for Hire”. Players will also get the opportunity to explore Hope County together and take down the Project at Eden’s Gate in a surprising and chaotic new fashion.

Players take on the role of a new junior deputy of fictional Hope County, Montana. Your arrival in Hope Country accelerates a years-long silent coup by a fanatical doomsday cult, the Project at Eden’s Gate. As you can tell that things have gone completely wrong and Montana has been cut off from the rest of the world, giving the players the opportunity to join forces with the rest of the community and be part of the resistance.

Far Cry 5 will give players the opportunity to play the entire campaign mode in solo or co-op. This gives players the opportunity to explore forests, mountains and rivers, with a friend. Not only will players be able to explore the game with a friend but they’ll also get a chance to use a wide variety of weapons.

Hope Country Montana has some really bad-ass characters that players are going to encounter along their journey. The likes of Pastor Jerome, Mary May, and Nick Rye, these three characters will be on standby to help players on their journey. Ubisoft also promise us that the action will go above the ground and will see players taking to the skies to lead aerial assaults against the cult.

Here are a couple of reasons why I am excited about Far Cry 5.

Far Cry 5 will be available on the PlayStation 4, PS4 Pro, Xbox One, Xbox One X and on PC.

It’s scheduled to hit stores on February 27, let me know in the comments section if you are looking forward to Far Cry 5.
